1. Direct Retail Sales
When you join the HairCare NetWork as an IBP (Independent Brand Promoter), you are able to purchase products at a Member’s Price. You can then sell these products at the Retail Price, earning a Retail Profit. They may be purchased directly from you or from your shopping cart on your website. You will not earn commissions from sales to yourself.
2. Retail Sales from your HairCare NetWork website
As an IBP, you receive your own HairCare NetWork Web Site. When people visit your web site using your unique username e.g. www.hcnintl.com?username they can purchase products direct from the HairCare NetWork via your site. Sales made this way count as your own personal purchases, with points from these purchases counting towards your personal point volume (PV). The person making the purchase pays direct to the HairCare NetWork and the retail profits from these sales is paid to you the next business day.
There is an extra enhancement of this category where a visitor to your website joins, signing up as a free customer. They can then purchase direct from the company and if they should decide to build a business in the future and earn commissions from their efforts (and buy a Quick Start Pack to qualify). you have them in your downline and will be rewarded via our compensation plan.
3. Matrix Commissions
This is the heart of our Plan and pays up to nine levels deep. As you progress through the various rankings in our Plan the amount of levels you get paid on increases. As an IBP the first three IBP's you personally introduce to the HairCare NetWork makes up your first level. While there is no limit to how many people you can sponsor, remember you need to support and help them.
The quality of your front line IBP's is important. If you are a serious network builder they should be most like yourself with an entrepreneurial bent and committed to improving their lifestyle, building real wealth and passionately interested in a better life for themselves and others they know. The people who you personally introduced to the HairCare NetWork and go out and get their IBA’s will become their first level and your second level and so on. Refer to the HairCare NetWork Plan for details of the various percentages paid on each of the nine levels.
There are nine steps (rankings) in the HairCare NetWork Plan with each rank increasing the amount you can potentially earn from your HairCare NetWork business. The nine steps are grouped into three groups of three. As an Independent Brand Promoter you do not take part in the enhanced commission plan until you have purchased a Quick Start Pack and have a minimum of 1200 PV. Once you have purchased a Quick Start Pack and accumulated the 1200 points you gain access to the first three rankings, Manager, Pearl Manager and Sapphire Manager. For example to be a Manager, you need to have 1200PV and a group volume (GV) of 4800 (your GV is based on everyone below you in your team including your own PV) and as a Manager you get paid commission on Level 1 of your business.
As you progress up the rankings and are about to step up from Sapphire Manager to Sapphire Director you will need to upgrade to a Team Builder Pack to gain access to the next three rankings, Sapphire Director, National Director and National Diamond and later a final upgrade to a Lifestyle Leader Pack to gain access to the top three rankings, Blue Diamond, Green Diamond and Red Diamond. The packs whether you upgrade or buy outright are a one time purchase only. Some people when they join will buy a Team Leader Pack as an incentive to where they want to go. When you do upgrade from pack to pack you simply pay the difference in the price of the packs and receive the additional items to bring your pack to the next level. If you only have a Quick Start pack then the highest ranking you can be paid on will be Sapphire Manager even if you have met the qualifications for the next ranking, for example. You would need to upgrade to a Team Leader Pack to receive your full commissions.
4. Power Up Commission from Business Packs
The HairCare NetWork has a range of Business Building packs for HairCare NetWork Members which contain products and sales aids to help build your HairCare NetWork business as well as giving you access to more of the Power Plan. There are three packs, Quick Start, Team Builder and Lifestyle Leader. When a person you have personally introduced to the HairCare NetWork buys one of these packs, there is a commission paid to you on this sale. Also if your personally introduced person buys a pack and later upgrades to a larger pack the difference in the commission of these packs is paid to you. There is no time limit to this for example if they bought a Quick Start Pack and two years later they decide to upgrade to a Lifestyle Leader pack the difference in commission will be paid with your next commission payment.
5. Matching Bonus Commissions
This is paid based on a percentage (from 5% to 10%) of the matrix Commission earned by IBP's on your team up to three levels deep. Once you have achieved the ranking of Sapphire Manager the first of the Matching Bonuses is paid. As a Sapphire Manager you will receive 5% of the Matrix Commissions earned by people on your Level 1 (your personally introduced IBP) For example, an IBP you personally introduced is on your Level 1 and earns $600 in Matrix Commission you receive 5% of this, equaling $30.
As you progress through the rankings the amount and number of levels for which you receive a Matching Bonus increases. For example, when you achieve the top ranking of Red Diamond, you would receive 10% of the Matrix Commissions earned by all (your personally introduced IBP's) on levels 1, 2 and 3.
6. Vision Leaders Club Global Pool
This pool consists of a percentage from ALL sales by the HairCare NetWork International globally. This percentage varies slightly depending on which country the sales have occurred and what type of sale, as these pools do include our commercial division. This is where the HairCare NetWork International may sell products to countries where the HairCare NetWork International cannot operate its network marketing system. At the end of each month the amount in these pools is totaled and paid out in full, being divided equally amongst all Vision Leaders IBP’s who have qualified for a share of their relevant pool.

7. Leadership Bonus Pools
The Leadership Bonus Pools consists of a percentage from ALL sales by the HairCare NetWork International globally. This percentage varies slightly depending upon in which country the sales have occurred and what type of sale, as this pool includes our commercial division. This is where the HairCare NetWork International may sell products to countries where the HairCare NetWork International cannot operate its network marketing system. At the end of each month the amount in this pool is totaled and paid out in full. It also varies depending on your ranking and specified pool
8. Luxury Car Bonus
When you achieve the rank of National Diamond, you begin to earn specific dollars from the HairCare NetWork as part of the HairCare NetWork luxury car program. After you provide proof that you have leased or purchased a new red Mercedes, Audi or BMW car, the HairCare NetWork will pay you per month as an allowance for your car. When you achieve the rank of Red Diamond, you participate in the HairCare NetWork exotic car program. Choose the car of your dreams (Lamborghini, Ferrari, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, or Bentley).After one year, the HairCare NetWork will review your distributorship's earnings. You will continue to receive a monthly allowance for the next year, and subsequent years, based on how many weeks in the previous year you maintained paid at specific rank or above:
9. Vacations Bonuses
There are multiple trips throughout the year. These trips are won for leadership, team building and specific levels within the organization. Each one to a different location
